It includes features like QR Payments, Multi Accounts, Mass Transfers, Transfer Tracking, Virtual IBAN, and a Loyalty Program.

The platform also integrates accounting, HR, and CRM functionalities to offer a complete solution.

  • Businesses expressed frustration with managing multiple accounts and integrating various functions like HR, accounting, and CRM across different platforms. They emphasised a preference for a single, unified solution that consolidates these needs.

AI Collaboration: How ChatGPT Enhanced Our Design Process

During building the Bansira project, We used ChatGPT to move faster - not to replace thinking. All design decisions were human-led and user-validated.

Research & Ideation: Leveraged ChatGPT for generating innovative ideas, exploring user needs, and identifying pain points, which informed our design direction.

Content Creation: Used AI to structure research findings and handoff notes - keeping a remote, cross-timezone team aligned.

Design Feedback: Used AI to challenge assumptions during ideation. Final calls always came from testing, not prompts.

Iteration: Employed ChatGPT for brainstorming usability testing questions and gathering feedback, helping us iterate quickly and effectively.
